| Jill loves her husband Tyler. He’s the most important person in her life, her partner, best friend and lover all rolled into one amazing man. Unfortunately, their marriage hasn’t been a pleasant one lately. Ever since Tyler, an Army Ranger, was severely injured in combat, he’s been hard to get along with to say the least. The only place they can communicate is in bed, but Jill is sick of that. She wants to talk, to laugh, and to understand her husband again.
Ever since being injured, Ty know he’s changed…and not for the better. He pushes Jill away and, angry and frustrated, she leaves. Three miserable weeks ensue for both of them, but then Jill calls. Someone has broken into the house she is staying in. Ty is not about to stand by and let someone hurt the woman he loves. Could this encounter be the catalyst they need to work through their problems? Crystal Jordan packs an emotional wallop into Full Swing. Not only is the lovemaking intense and sensual, but the communication between Ty and Jill gets pretty intimate too. These two are in love, deep love, of that there is no doubt. But do they have the strength and endurance to make it through this rough patch? I liked how Ty used lovemaking to work through their problems. He knows he communicates best in that fashion so he used it to his advantage. Spicy dialogue, heartfelt pleas, and some realistic communication made this story a cut above the rest. If Crystal Jordan can keep me hooked with such a short story, I’m eager to read more of her stories. Full Swing scored a hole in one for me.
