Samantha Roberts and her cousin owned Dr. Doug’s Mobile Dyno. They worked nights and weekends adjusting motorcycles but they each worked separate day-jobs to enable them to get their new business up and running. Sam spent her free time working with Doug at his employer’s shop. She also took care of her ailing Dad. She didn’t date—not since her ex-fiancé severed their relationship one week before their scheduled wedding. The last thing she was interested in was a playboy chauvinist. It didn’t matter that he was drop-dead gorgeous.

Lincoln Montgomery, aka Full Throttle, owned Full Throttle Custom Cycles and employed Doug. As a former race driver, he wasn’t impressed with the all-business, perky blonde bombshell who worked right alongside Doug and his friends. He was secretly pleased when she walked into his office and he was indulging his biggest fantasy with an almost-nude bimbo. He quickly regretted his actions when he realized how soon he became attracted to Sam.

Ms. Candace Morehouse has written a book with a great plot and a highly effective twist. Sam had problems and, amazingly, Linc was interested in helping her. His actions won’t surprise the readers. It will, however, astonish them that a relationship became so intense so quickly. The chemistry between her main characters was electrifying. The sensuality led to sizzling sexual encounters. Her storyline interwoven between the sex and the stalking was exhilarating.

Morehouse’s secondary characters were strong. They were so supportive of her main two individuals. The couple was so different from each other but the chemistry was scorching. The more involved I became in the story, the more I wanted to read. I was totally engrossed in the book and hated to see it end. The conclusion was unexpected.

I recommend this book to all who like romance with a little suspense. You will be pleased to have read it. I anxiously await the upcoming books in this new series.
