The heat and attraction between Rafe and Tess have them becoming lovers right away. When Melissa and the other women find out they hope that Tess will be able to break the curse that is on the felines. The curse says that a Felix must stay faithful to a witch for a year and a day and then the curse will be removed, until then there will be fewer and fewer feline births until the race dies out. Tess feels intense love and desire for Rafe but doesn’t think she will be the one to break the curse.

Rafe agrees to meet Tess’s grandfather to talk about the accord and mutual benefits for both. What Tess and Rafe don’t realize is that Tess’s grandfather has other plans and wants humans to side with witches against all of the others, and he won’t let anything get in the way of his plans. So Tess and Rafe must find away to stop her grandfather and find away to break the curse.

This is the fifth book in the Fixed series and once again Ms. Warren does a wonderful job. This book is HOT and very steamy you just melt as you read it. The characters that Ms. Warren develops are vibrant and find that you are falling in love and caring about each and every one. The humor in this book will just blow you away I found myself laughing so hard and enjoying myself so much that I couldn’t put it down till the end.

I highly recommend this book and if you haven’t read the others do so, but this one could stand on it’s own.
