This is book three in a series, each devoted to one of the brothers. It’s fun reading as Alandra changes shapes and personas to pursue Aerolus. The brothers’ conversations with one another can be as hilarious as any we’ve had with our siblings. Ms. Harte has given enough information from the previous installments to let this book stand alone but it’s hard to imagine that the saga itself won’t make you want to read all of them. There’s good versus evil, ugly little wraith creatures, frequent sex, humor, great battles being fought and surprises along the way to keep our interest throughout.
