Dulcie misses her husband terribly, but is willing to do whatever it takes to get him back home. The love scenes are steamy and Kate Hill weaves her typical magic in an awesome plot. You should certainly read The Blood Doctor and then Infernal first since they tell the beginning and middle of Dulcie and Matthew's story.
