Goldie's Trios

Paranormal erotic romance

Goldie is a city girl lost on the back roads of Virginia. She's supposed to be meeting some friends on down the road. Instead she runs out of gas and meets the shapeshifting Bear family. Papa, Mama and Baby Bear take turns sharing her in a way that the city girl had never even imagined.

L. A. Berry has definitely rejuvenated this classic fairy tale. She's moved it right up into twenty first century eroticism. I'm guessing the original writers back in the nineteenth century didn't imagine this version. Except maybe in their wildest fantasies! There's still porridge to eat but it seems like nothing is too hot for Ms. Goldie. There are still three various sized chairs but what Mama Bear and Goldie do on one of them was definitely not in the original version. Baby Bear doesn't share a room with his parents anymore. His bed is still a perfect fit for Goldie and him though.

This is one of those stories that is so cute it's hard not to give it a great review just on the fun factor. Still, cute isn't the only thing I look for in a book. There were distractions in the continuity of some scenarios that took away from the fun factor, got me growling like a bear as I had to figure it out before I went on. But, that's me. It's still a good, light hearted read.
