Wik Redwood, was not quite who he seemed. When he met Jennifer, his hormones told him, she was the one he needed for the job he had in mind.

After waiting for many years to find the right woman as his mate, Wik felt himself more than responding to the sight of Jennifer when he first saw her at the lab where she worked. Being in heat didn’t help matters either. Jennifer fought her attraction to Wik. She was not the type to get involved with a co-worker, or in this case, the CEO himself. Unfortunately, although she tried to fight the attraction she felt for him, after just one kiss it was over. Passion and the hot scenes between these two characters were very well done, the story was informative. I like the way Ms Foxx made the book come alive for you to truly enjoy.
