This story is listed as a paranormal erotic romance. I agree with the paranormal and the erotic parts, but am not sure I agree with the romance part. While Rico can't get Katia out of his head, she is out prowling for other men and takes home some of them. But then when she finds Rico finally pursuing another woman, she gets upset. I didn't like the double standard. I found Katia unsympathetic and annoying.

Rico was very aggressive and possessive. I don't know if he wanted her for love or if he just wanted to possess her. This was more a series of love scenes than a story. I understand that short stories have less room for personal growth and romance, but I don't think this had either. If I hadn't been expecting a romance I might not have been as disappointed, because the love scenes are really hot and intense.
