| Elesa of Hamun cannot give up on Rogar, no matter what happens. She has more excitement than she can manage. All her peers look to her for strength, hope and most importantly, guidance. She desires to make a deal with Rogar for the conditions of her people. This is not the first time that she has had to start over because of Rogar's home world Debon and his continual hysterics of fury. She is left to save the Cosmos, but will it work? And will she and Rogar finally have the harmony they both desire?
Rogar has swerved from his mission to repair The Flaef, to battle on the Faerbrarean since Chavva of Relga's vicious attack on him. He has been sent by Eternity to accomplish a task that held their existence in the balance but he is not alone. Two more Guardians accompany him and hover around him in service. As the hormones of Brenet Faer enthusiastically soar around him, he battles to produce their race into life. When Elesa informs that she can make him a patriarch taming the Dark Lord from him, he wonders at what price? Part three of the fantasy series, The Guardians of Eternity: The War on Faerbrarean is a story that takes the reader to a land that mesmerizes. The characters are very artistic and full of live. Not only is this book full of passionate romance and outstanding dialogue but the characters are powerful. I liked the way Ms. Palmer created such a fantasy vision that allows the reader to imagine the whole surroundings in the story. This is a fantastic fable filled with romance and dreams at its divine best. I doubt the universe will ever be the same. I could not get the scene out of my mind when Elesa wanted to understand the concept of mortal sex and wondered what would happen if Rogar found her with someone else as she was training to have sex. That was an enjoyable educational moment. Ms. Palmer has created a fantasy series that does far more than captivate the reader. It delivers a story that continues to live on in the mind after it is finished. There were some places I read that I couldn't help but say, WOW!... how did she do that, or write that? Her imagination is truly awesome. If you have yet to pick up the third installment of the book, be sure to do so today. You will not be disappointed.
