The very talented Melissa Schroeder gives her readers a romance to savor full of passion, promise, danger, deception and distress that is impossible to put down. Both Evan and May are well–developed characters of great emotional depth, courage, insecuritiies and passion that support an outstanding romantically erotic love story. Ms. Schroeder's characters convey their thoughts and actions in such a manner that it seems to bring them to life and directly into the reader's heart. The secondary characters both old and new are interesting and entertaining ones that add to the plot. The dialogue is sharp and realistic for every scene. The author excels with her simmering passion and steamy sexual scenes that are blazing hot. The BDSM scenes are an integral part of the plot and portrayed in such a way that it not only enhances the relationship creating a bond between May and Evan but also drives the story forward pushes their feelings and desires. Readers should be aware that the BDSM play isn't intense or overwhelming but it is depicted with knowledge for a deeper understanding for the reader enjoyment.

This series just keeps getting better and better with each new book Ms. Schroeder raises the bar a little bit higher with fantastic results.
