| Justin Kane needed to project the image to show he
was totally reliable to Nathan Willoughby. His passion
was work. His dream was to open more stores. But in
order to make his dream come true, he needed the deal
to go through without a hitch. This way CycleMania
would have the financing to open more bike stores.
Everything seemed to be going in his favor until Tina
decided she wanted more out of a relationship than
Justin is willing to give. Since her timing coincided with
the weekend he planned on spending with the
Willoughby’s, Justin decided that any woman would do
as long as he reached his goal.
Sinclair Advertising needed a boost out of the red. With CycleMania’s potential for growth, Magee Sinclair figured that one business alone could bring them into the black again. So she was going to do more than the regular lunch with Mr. Kane. Magee was determined to make him appreciate coming to them for his business. But the man made her nervous. Not to mention she was sure her secret would be out of the bag and then she would really be the laughing stock in the company. Justin knew he did not have the time to hunt for a replacement girlfriend. So he did the next best thing. While at the business lunch with his advertising manager, Justin blackmails her into pretending to be Tina. This sets off a comical adventure full of mishaps. And becomes a nightmare when Tina decides to join the weekend party. Cindy could be a stand-up comedian. Her stories are wild. They bring on chuckles when least expected. The characters are true-to-life and help detract readers from noticing the lack of descriptive details within portions of the setting and subplots. Overall, HEAD OVER HEELS exceeds expectations of the first-novel syndrome all authors experience. Talented beyond measure, Cindy is an author to be watched.
