I enjoyed reading this instalment of the Shifter's Coven but it was not nearly as memorable as the first novella. I was happy to catch up with a few of the characters and I look forward to reading Sasha's story. For me this particular story was lacking a solid beginning, middle and ending. It didn't really advance the overall story line of the trilogy, it just seemed like well-written descriptive filler. The conflict didn't seem to have a clear resolution like the first story did. I highly recommend that if you have not read the first in the series you read it first.
