| Shelby Harper has lusted after her friend John Garrett, a navy SEAL, for a year and every flirtatious attempt has gone unnoticed. She wants more than friendship, she wants him in her bed. And she had almost given up on the prospect. Until one Sunday afternoon, she overhears a conversation. With a little help from a few tequila shots, she might just get what she wants.
John Garrett, Garret to his friends, wants Shelby. But he's well aware of his reputation. He's tried hard to get her where he wants her being nice and polite. She's a nice girl, a vanilla kind of girl that needs some finesse or so he believes. Every now and again, you come across a little gem, one that makes you squirm on your seat. Heat of the Moment does that and more. This is a deliciously hot, extremely well written and sexy erotic romance novella and I was sorry it had to end. What woman doesn't love a man in uniform and being British the SEALS have always appealed to me. I just love reading about them. Garrett is the ultimate, charismatic naval officer. Elle's vivid prose enabled me to envision him completely 'drool'. Shelby was an interesting mixture of good girl who wants to be just a tad bit wicked. Amazing what happens when ones confidence is boosted by tequila. For a hot, thoroughly enticing, vastly enjoyable book to read then grab a copy of this novella. I'm off to see what else Elle has to offer, her voice and writing style appealed to me on many levels, she has a new fan.
