Miranda’s live is threatened by what she has accomplished with her research, and Devon returns to protect her, and to set their marriage back on track.
Her Lost Lover is a wonderful story of love, character, determination, desire, and honor. The hero and heroine both love the other and they know it, and it takes the threat on Miranda’s live to speed up the reunion both Devon and Miranda desire. They are mature enough to not be afraid to show their emotions and the sensuality of their feelings for each other shine through, as well as the respect they have for each other and each other’s careers. This was a very heartwarming story with some steamy sex scenes showcasing the love and commitment Devon and Miranda feel for each other. The author also kept me guessing until the very end on who was behind the threat to Miranda’s life, and the scene where he/she is revealed is over very quickly and does not detract from the real story, that of Miranda and Devon and their happily every after.
