| Kerri Tollbrook isn't shocked when confronted by a handsome man at the mall. As a person who's able to see ghosts and help them she can, literally, see right through him. Galen isn't a happy spirit. His body lies in a hospital bed but he can't seem to find a way to get back into it. He's learned a lot of other tricks while bored with his 24 hour days without sleep some of which are a lot of fun. But he needs Kerri's help to find out how he got separated from his body and fix it.
Dani Harper pens one of those tales for the holidays that are warm, wonderful, and bring a lot of smiles. The antics Galen has learned would be a lot of fun if his being had a bit of substance to go with the energy he manages to get across while playing. Everett, Kerri's resident ghost who seems like a Jack of all trades is a hoot as he tries to learn some of the tricks Galen can teach him. Elizabeth Wetherford, Kerri's aunt, is great as the go-to relative for things dealing with magic. This book is a pick-me-up to make us smile any time of year.
