Paranormal romance

Jeff Grayson and his wife Carolyn plan to surprise each other for Christmas. The only problem is that she˘s flying to LA from PA and he˘s on his way to PA from LA. The surprise they may get is a Christmas alone. Unless a couple of friendly ghosts can help them out. Lucius Beamount and his wife Hattie Mae give up their opportunity to move on into the light to make sure the future works out as planned.

Donna Michaels gives us a cute, funny tale of helpful but, in Lucius˘ case a little bumbling, ghosts. These two characters are spirits with their hearts in the right place for sure. Hattie Mae seems like the one who gets things done without as much trouble. Lucius is still cute as a button as he tells us about some mishaps from previous years and struggles along this time trying to prevent problems that seem to follow him anyway. His experience with trying to possess Jeff to get to buy the correct tickets is one of the funniest parts of the book. This is a great story of the real spirit-or spirits-of Christmas.
