Toni Eppard has a secret fantasy. A fantasy that fiancé Deacon Whitacre is entertained by rather than being jealous. Her secret fantasy involves, two men totally giving her their undivided attention for her pleasure. Fortunately for the lovers, fate has a way of shining down on them in the form of Lincoln Whitacre. Lincoln, who just breezed in to town for the Independence Day celebration, is not only Deacon’s cousin but his best friend and a friend to Toni. He's the only man who Deacon can trust with this.

Once upon a time growing up, Lincoln and Toni might have taken their friendship farther but it wasn’t meant to be. So it doesn’t take much to convince Lincoln that this is a one shot, chance of a lifetime deal to make Toni’s fantasy come to life. Much to Toni’s surprise her fantasy is playing out right before her eyes. It’s an Independence Day celebration that the three friends won’t forget for a long time.

Hotter than the Fourth of July is a story that delivers excitement and red hot seduction. From the first page, the scene is set and fantasy and seduction are the name of the game. The plot is not only entertaining but through the pages the reader will feel a kaleidoscope of emotions, the secure love, friendship, and trust along with the commitment that Toni and Deacon have for each other along with their playful side. The author does a wonderful job of providing enough background information between Toni, Deacon, and Lincoln growing up and the attachment that they have that the reader can understand Deacon's decision to ask Lincoln to help out with Toni’s fantasy. The sex scenes are varied and well written without being over the top.

The result is a winning novel that will have the reader seeing fireworks light up the night!
