This is not just an erotic romance, and not just a killer suspense novel. It is also a story about self discover and learning to love and accept yourself. That makes this entertaining story a great read. Too often psychic gifts are glamorized in novels and this author gave a very real insight into the ups and downs such a gift might have and, in turn, showed an inventive perspective. I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. I loved Susan before she even loved herself and as her romance with Jake blossomed cheered for her happiness as if she were a life-long friend. The chase for the killer was full of suspense and kept me interested throughout. All in all I thought the characters were well-rounded, the dialogue engaging, and the plot well thought out and captivating. I would recommend this book to anyone and look forward to reading more by this author.
