Bria had thought for years that Darius was dead. After all, why would her family lie to her about something like that? Darius was told that Bria had found another mate and left to be with him. Their packs have been at war for years and did not approve of their relationship. Now Bria is back in town, still unaware that Darius is alive and the head of the Romano pack, but it is the full moon and they are about to get reacquainted in a pretty spectacular way.

This is very fast moving and exciting werewolf tale. Bria and Darius are very charismatic characters who were separated by Bria's family, her brother Bastille in particular. The opening scene is very well done. Darius is unable to help himself and fights four other wolves to get to her, even though he does not know it is Bria. The two have the inevitable conflict over who left who, until the intervention of one of Darius' brothers, the mysterious Dash.. The resolution of their relationship is prompted by a complication that Darius is unaware of, and the climax of the story is a particularly exciting albeit violent confrontation with Bria's family. Great story.
