| Dr. Henri Edouard decided to use the formula that he created for the government on himself instead of some anonymous tester because he was uncertain on how it would affect the human body. His serum known as “Hyde” was designed in an attempt to save countless lives during the art of war. Instantly, Henri turned from a normal scientist into an enormous warrior with the ability to sense the evil doings of others and an uncontrollable desire to end the life of anyone who has caused great harm in the past. Too late, Henri realized his error in creating such a drug. Now, Henri found himself on the run away from the government, who is determined to have his serum by any means necessary and more importantly, away from civilization before he brutally eliminate every evil person in the world. The Sterling organization was sure that they could help Henri gain control his new being; however, with his ability to sense the evilness in others, they knew that they had to send a very special person who had the capability to quickly hunt him down and to bring him in. Dr. Alice Cunningham was that chosen person.
With the government hot on their trail and Henri’s killer inner beast trying to take total control once and for all, will Alice be able to complete her task at hand before all hope is lost? Hyde is book four in Sherri L. King’s Sterling Files series. And, boy, what an exciting, thrilling addition it was. From start to finish, this novel was jam-packed with non-stop action and super-hot passion. I was totally and completely caught up in the suspenseful and explosive dynamics of Hyde. I must give a warning that this book is not for the faint of heart for it contained numerous erotically raw, passionate sexual encounters between Henri and Alice and a few hostile scenes. I found Hyde to be an intensely, aggressive, wickedly, naughty novel with a fantastically, incredible plot. Readers, you will not be disappointed with this book. As having read the pervious three novels within the Sterling Files series, I can say that Hyde is a stand alone. But, with a novel as good as this one I would greatly suggest reading its three processors for further enjoyment pleasure.
