Impulsive is the second book in the Eternal Pleasures series following Instinctive. This was a great follow up to Instinctive. I liked how we got a glimpse into Jaclyn and Slyck's lives from that book. Another plus is at the back of Impulsive we get to read an excerpt from the next Eternal Pleasures book.

Sunni is a great character, strong, honest, and committed to doing the right thing. We don't get exact details of her life over the past hundred years, but we do know that she remained faithful in her heart to Ray. That shows us the depth of her emotional commitment to him and their relationship. Even though Kane doesn't believe he is her reincarnated Ray, he still can't help the intense feelings she invokes in him. The author does a fantastic job with describing their intense passion for each other. The reader will feel their emotions as if they are their own. Their conflict is so believable that you are drawn into the story and will not want to stop reading until the very end. Which brings me to my only negative comment on this book ­ I was disappointed in some of the informatiion in the epilogue. I can't say more because I don't want to give away the ending but rest assured this is an erotic romance. Impulsive is passionate, intense, and a thrilling love story that proves love and pleasure are eternal!
