Cherise Novack's life has never been 'normal and happy' and now it is ruined. She has lost her job, her mother has stolen her savings, and the eviction notice is on its way. On top of all of that, her Great Uncle who she did not know has died. But here's the twist - a visitor has come to tell her that with his death, she has inherited everything. She now has a beautiful house and more money then she could ever wish for. The only stipulation is that she has to share it with Jovan Delonte. Jovan is a Vampire who has lived hundreds of years, and he sees in Cherise the only person he has loved more than life - his wife Belle. He believes that Belle has been reincarnated through Cherise, and now Cherise must learn of her past life before he can let her know of his current love for her. Cherise’s life has turned upside down, and who she believed she was is no longer true.

Can Jovan’s love keep her whole and sane? Can Cherise accept Jovan’s love, and can Jovan overcome his past with Belle as he makes a future with Cherise?

Full Moon Inheritance is the story of a vampire that redeems himself as well as others, and a woman who finds herself. Jovan is a multi-faceted person; he is good and kind with a ruthlessness about him that makes him all too human. Even with Cherise’s less than idyllic childhood she seemed a little naïve, and her wanting to be accepted added to a great undercurrent of emotions. The secondary characters are plentiful and are portrayed with humor and strength usually reserved for the main characters. Ms. Elliot’s vampires are fairly traditional, although Jovan enjoys a little garlic, and can even take a noon meal. This book was very enjoyable and I hope that we can visit with a few of the supporting characters in future books!
