I enjoyed this paranormal erotic romance. I liked the way Sherisse was portrayed she's strong willed and not only because she is a vampire, but also because she knows what she wants and will do anything to attain her goal. She thought she wanted to be with an old lover too bad destiny got in the way of her plans. She met Carlos Garcia Ramirez who is not human and when they touched he possesses her and now they can read each other's thoughts. The attraction between them was always there even before they met, but now thanks to their mind link it has grown stronger. Sherisse will have to trust that Carlos will not hurt her and that they can love freely. The love scenes between them are smoldering hot. This story contains very explicit love scenes and language.
