| The mesmerizing artwork by Francisco Marquez fascinates Catalin Bengoa during a visit to the artist gallery while on a trip to Barcelona. A journal written by her missing father leads her to begin a search, in which she is drawn to the gallery and its mysterious owner. He recognizes, being one himself, just what resides in Catalin. She feels this strange connection but doesnt yet understand what it means. Francisco knows that she will soon need someone to take care of her, in her coming transition. It is a well known fact the werewolves do not always survive this change.
This is a great story. The difficulty that Catalin has in understanding what her fathers journal entries mean for her and the carnality felt by all when faced with a she-wolfs change are so well described for the reader. Warm and sensual are the emotions portrayed so well. Very enjoyable reading for all wolfie fans.
