Tor Severian and his friends were cruising through the galaxy when their ship got hit. The only place for them to land was planet Earth. Once there they needed money to buy drinks and realized that the accepted form of payment is money. Of course common sense dictates that if you need money you go to a bank, so priceless jewels in hand they walk into the bank to make their trade. Tor never expects the woman behind the counter to call the police thinking him a thief. In order to escape quickly Tor picks the woman up and takes her back to his ship where he makes a quick getaway off the planet. Once Tor has Sam his only concern is making her his woman.

Samantha Declan knows she's going to have to work late and the last thing she expects is for a jewel thief to appear at her window wanting money in exchange. Sam knows that she has to stop the thief before he gets away and get herself kidnapped to another planet. On the ship she awakes to Tor making love to her and realizes that she has been abducted by aliens, but that she is also accompanied by another Earth woman, police officer Collette Marshall. Sam and Collette are in for a lot of surprises on the way to Tor's home planet and both are only concerned on getting back home, until Sam realizes that her feelings for Tor are growing.

Jaide Fox is a great author. This book truly shows off her writing talent. Comedy is abundant and the situations that Sam and Tor get themselves into will have you laughing out loud. Tor is a sensitive type of alien, no matter how badly he wants Sam, he is willing to wait until she's ready to be with him. Sam fights her feelings for Tor and does a pretty good job of holding out. The tension between them is obvious in every page. The comic styling of Tor's friends are hilarious! This group of men are definitely oversexed and looking for sex wherever they can find it. I hope Fox does a follow up to this book with more stories about the rest of Tor's friends. The descriptions of outer space and Tor's planet gave a great basis for imagination. One can only hope that there are more stories about this fantastic group yet to come.
