Everyone knew she wanted Drew Van Allen, well maybe not Casey, and Madison intends to cast a bit of payback her way. Casey is new to the Big Apple but moving into the posh apartment building soon proves she can easily attain a boyfriend, and new friends along the way. Meeting Madison, Sophie, and Phoebe, in the aristocratic building has it ups and downs, especially when it comes to Madison, who enjoys getting her way. Casey soon finds her life challenged. Hers is not the only one, after Sophie tries to accept the fact she is adopted, Phoebe attempts to understand her adulterous mother, and of course Madison struggles to release her feelings for Drew, which she believes could be a great reality show. Each girl tries to find special meaning in their life, while secrets gradually unfold.

In Too Deep is a good title for this book since it appears each girl finds themselves in mishaps that almost bury them deep. When city girl Madison, meets country girl, Casey, the gloves come off, and secrets leap from the pages. I'm not sure which girl grabbed me the most, but I did feel for Sophie as she comes to terms with her adoption. Then there is Phoebe who has her own dilemma with her mother. As for Madison , there were times I could relate to her in her struggles with life and boyfriends. Jennifer Banash designs a read that keeps the reader interested all the way to the end and outcome of each of the friends. She weaves in friends with secrets, drama among families that many can relate, and blends in some secrets sure to be juicy and jaw-dropping in this awesome read.
