This "Quickie" from Ellora's Cave is hot. Serena uses borrowed magic to lure Invictus to her side, certain that he is her true love. But the sexy "Dungeon Master" is just as determined to keep his distance. I really liked the character of Invictus. He is trying to do the right thing and discourage her, to protect her from DeMonica's revenge. But his attempt at discipline to scare her away turns her "on" instead of "off" and it looks like he's the one being seduced. Serena is unsure of his sexual demands at first, but trusts to the magic that says he is the man for her. A quick sexy read. Enjoy.
