| Maxwell Magic, aka jolly old St. Nick. has another job he does during
the off-season. He is a true believer in love, so when he’s not riding his
sleigh he’s helping lonely men and women find true love and happiness. He’s
responsible for bringing together some of the most famous couples in history.
Each year he chooses a couple he thinks belongs together and works his magic. This year he really had his job cut out for him. Kasey
Bell and Guy McLand didn’t believe in love anymore, so this match was going
to take a lot of work.
Kasey Bell is the mother of two teen-age boys; she’s also a published author on her way up. Kasey’s life wasn’t always good and she’d worked very hard to get where she was. Her ex-husband had left her high and dry, cleaning out their bank account and leaving her with a child and pregnant. Needless to say her opinion of men wasn’t high. That’s what her book was all about, men and their lack of honesty and respect for women. Kasey was going to make sure her sons learned better. Dr. Guy McLane is a renown psychiatrist and radio talk show host whose thoughts on women weren’t the best in the world after walking in on his wife and the next door neighbor in bed together. Guy did a radio show called “The Man’s Man” and shared his philosophy on the relationships between men and women. Mr. Magic, with the help of his newly acquired assistant Tom Kreger and other allies, were going to show them that love wasn’t dead, they just hadn’t found the right one to love yet. You will love this story; it has humor, romance and style. Kasey and Guy will have you in stitches as one tries to out do the other. Both have been burnt by love and now they are too afraid to try again. But jolly Mr. Magic knows what they need and they need each other. I would pay close attention to Magic’s assistant, one Mr. Tom Kreger. I think Mr. Magic has some special plans for him in the future. Terry Campbell has finesse with words. Guy and Kasey can sling wise cracks as well as the pros. I recommend you get this book as soon as possible. Enjoy!
