| Jane was once a highly trained agent for No Stones Unturned (NSU), an undercover spy agency. She left the agency in order to marry a millionaire who would give her a family. Now divorced and childless, Jane spends her time eating chocolate ice cream and Oreo cookies, until she receives a call from the head of NSU, Thor Newcastle. Jane finds out that her sister Cindy, an active member of NSU, is missing; along with her partner, James Bondage. Jane agrees to look for her wonderful sister, without knowing that Thor has assigned Alejandro Estes, Jane's former lover, to watch out for her. Alejandro had earlier dumped Jane because he was unwilling to tell his secrets. How will Jane find her sister with Estes on her tail?
Jane's Blonde is the sequel to James Bondage in The Spy Who Snagged Me series by Dakota Cassidy. Jane is an amazing character, a former Miss Galaxy who has beauty pageants and former spy techniques to her credit and chases after sister just as though she was still in shape. Alejandro is equally interesting; his secret life came as a total shock to me. Ms. Cassidy has a terrific ability to write erotic romances with a hefty dose of sarcasm, but without making fun of her readers. Although Jane is angry with Alejandro, she is also aroused by him and cannot keep from having erotic sex continually. I was certainly aroused by the two of them. There are secondary characters equally well-described and equally enjoyable. Later in this book, Jane's life takes an interesting twist with much of the fun continuing. I hope that The Spy Who Snagged Me series continues; I am dying to read more adventures of NSU.
