Frantic, she's told to use a prisoner to loose her virginity or suffer the consequences. Left with no choice, she does what she has too, in order to survive. Little did she know what kind of enemy she would be making when she got the prisoner to cooperate.
Jed can't believe what is happening to him. Captured by the Pagans, he's been tortured, blindfolded and bound in a cell. He hopes that someone will rescue him, but is beginning to wonder if that's going to happen. He's shocked when one of the hated pagans comes in and starts to seduce him. Against his will, he finds himself responding to her, but vows that once he gets free he will find her and take his revenge. Jed's Revenge is a good story with strong characters that you hope will find a way to get together. I thought that Jed was a great character, I liked that he had many problems to overcome to get where he was, and managed to do it with flying colors. Kate is still relatively naive when he finally finds her, but I found it rather surprising how easily she accepted her fate, and how blind Jed was to the truth of what happened. There is plenty of hot sex in this story to keep you interested, and they seem to belong together in the end. If you are looking for something to read on a long winter night, you should give Jed's Revenge a try, it will warm you right up!
