| Johnny Huston and Kristina Taylor had been best friends for years -- since elementary school days. They did almost everything together. They were part of a group of friends known as The Six Pack. As far as they knew, there were no couples in this tight-knit group that met frequently at Stuart's Karaoke Bar and Grill. Krissy found out her medical problems had escalated. If she was going to have a baby, she had to do it immediately, before she was required to have surgery.
Krissy wanted her best friend, Johnny, to be the father of her baby. They would have no problems getting along during the child's life. It wouldn't be necessary for them to marry. She wasn't admitting that there was more to their relationship than friendship. Johnny knew, as did their friends, that the two were both in love. Krissy and Johnny decided to not tell their friends what they were going to do. Ms. KyAnn Waters is known for her erotically intense novels. This is the first time I believe I've read her works. She definitely knows how to give readers their monies' worth. Her plot was one I've never read about before. It was interesting and told a poignant story with a lot of details. Waters' main characters were so endearing that it was as if I knew them personally. Their side-kicks (The Six Pack) were so typical of young adults that it was totally believable and an attention grabber. The amount of sensuality and sexuality was high for my standards. However, the storyline did not suffer, but was enhanced, because of the amount of bedroom/any room activity. I enjoyed reading this book. It was fast paced and definitely held my interest. I'm sure others will also enjoy the book. I certainly can recommend it. Good job, Ms. Waters!
