He'd love to be her perfect lover but his rule of not mixing business with pleasure is absolute. Yet whenever she's in his office it takes all of his control not to act on his desires.

Miranda is a woman who has everything yet finding her perfect lover eludes her. Her story reflects the title well. Her journey is not just about finding her pearl, but one of discovery. Often what you seek is much closer than you think.

I really enjoyed this fast moving story. I liked Miranda a lot. She knew her failings and didn't let that destroy her determination. I could add more but then I'd spoil the essence of what this book is about. Her sexual dalliances were well written and extremely erotic with some light bondage and multiple liaisons. Desiree doesn't leave the reader dangling either, there is completion, which left me satisfied with the end result. Definitely a story worth reading and the first I've read from Ellora's Cave, Exotika imprint. I doubt it will be the last.
