| Marcy Townsend could not believe that her package was not here yet. She needed that information like yesterday so that she could do her presentation! Dammit, it looked as if she would be pulling overtime tonight. But what did she have to go home to? Absolutely nothing, she thought, then looked out the window at her dream lover, Leonardo. Marcy sighed as she looked at her lover and felt her juices start to flow. Oh man, did she have it bad for her lover--all seven feet of him! If anyone knew that she lusted after a statue of a gargoyle, they would send her to the loony bin. Marcy could not help being attracted from the moment he was placed outside her office window three years ago. How she had named him Leonardo, she would never know, as the name had seeped into her head. Marcy ached to touch him and slide her fingers across his massive chest. She went to the window to see if the maintenance man had unstuck it. Marcy pulled with all of her might but the window would not budge. She saw that it was locked and thought that it had been fixed. Marcy unlocked the window and shoved with all of her might and it opened. Yes! Marcy thought as she shimmied out the window, she would finally caress and kiss her lover. Marcy was several stories high but did not care that she ruined her hose as she carefully walked on the rough ledge. When she finally reached him, she caressed his hard stone chest, then kissed his mouth. As Marcy continued to kiss Leonardo, she noticed that his lips had started to grow warm and when he turned his head he startled Marcy so badly that she lost her footing and went hurdling down!
Leonardo had heard Marcy talking to him for three years and he tried to talk to her but the only thing she had heard was his name. Four hundred years ago he had been a man, but an evil witch had cast a spell on him to make him a gargoyle for all of eternity and the only chance that he had was if a woman would fall in love with him and then kiss him. Leonardo felt that Marcy was his soul mate, but would she be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice and how could he get her to hear him? Sally Painter tells a marvelous and beautifully written story that had me lusting for more. The sex was so hot and steamy that I needed a tall, cold drink of something, but I did not want to take time to get it! To Kiss A Gargoyle grabbed me from the first page and I found myself squirming as I visualized Leonardo's massive chest, as well as other parts. And when Marcy met Leo… Oh my, it really, really got HOT! Sally you bad girl! More please?
