But when Dominic finds out Gisela has deceived him, he's angry and hurt. Even though she still loves Dominic, she knows he will never forgive her for her lies or understand why she had to keep her secrets. But when he's cruelly taken, she will do every thing in her power to save him, even confess to De Lanceau of all her sins and accept her punishment. I was unable to put this one down as I was drawn in with Ms. Kean’s descriptive writing and compelling story. It carried me along with these two lovable characters as they fight to survive and find love again. Gisela is such a strong character. She fights for the ones she loves and protects them at all costs. And where Dominic is her true knight, she's his savior and the love of his life. I would highly recommend this one to anyone who loves a touching romance that will leave them wanting more.
