All that Missi wanted was an exotic and very expensive cup of coffee. But things don't always work out as expected because she got much more out of her coffee shop visit. She meets Nicolau and suddenly finds herself with a new roommate -- and mated to him too. Will she let her inhibitions and doubts about her looks stop her from having a relationship that is meant to last forever?

I enjoyed this paranormal romance story. I felt sorry for Missi and the way that her family, especially her sisters, treated her. While fighting for her independence, she meets Nicolau which I think was karma. He doesn't waste any time claiming her, and even though she had some doubts, she couldn't stop herself from wanting to be with him too. I liked how Missi was portrayed. She was struggling to get away from her family's clutches and all of her self doubts about her looks. Thank GOD that Nicolau appeared in her life and made her see that there was nothing wrong with her. He wanted her and loved her just the way she was. The love scenes between them are hot. This story contains very explicit love scenes and language.
