Would this affect his feelings for her?
This book is the second in the A Seductive Mistress series and does not stand alone. It is simply a continuation of the story in Becoming a Mistress and ends as though one need only continue turning pages to finish the story. The books must be read in order, but that is no hardship because the story is compelling and the sex is hot. Hope and Mike struggle with the angst of falling in love when the relationship was never supposed to be anything more than great sex with no strings. There is also the little problem of Mike’s marriage, which some readers might find objectionable. The story is written in such a way that we forget the wife exists because she is barely mentioned. The love story between Mike and Hope is arousing and exciting. I couldn’t stop reading once I started and I can’t wait for the next installment. I highly recommend this delightful series by Destiny Blaine.
