Lacy, Quinn, and Dakota are at odds with each other at first. Lacy is running from Devil and Quinn and Dakota wants to capture him because he killed their father and mentor. Quinn does not believe in Lacy's innocence. Dakota sees things in Lacy that makes him question what his brother is thinking. There is chemistry between them all right away though it is stronger between Lacy and Quinn. Quinn comes up with the idea to seduce Lacy to get the right answers because of her natural tendencies to submit. She fights him and feels guilt for succumbing but is also shown a different type of man than she knew existed. They start on a journey to find Devil and justice.

I absolutely loved the characters in this story. Lacy is so brave and strong in what she is doing and has done. She has a hard time trusting people, especially men, because of her experiences. Quinn and Dakota are the first good men that she has gotten to know. Quinn and Dakota are dominant men, though Quinn is more so. They both care very deeply. Dakota is more open to reading the signs in front of him instead of following preconceived notions. Quinn is very stubborn and at first refuses to see what is right in front of him. It's funny to read and it also made me want to hit him upside his head quite a few times. The sex is explicit and fun to read. Lacy is completely innocent to everything and Quinn and Dakota pleasure her above themselves for the most part. This adds to the story very much because Lacy learns some of their character and to trust them through this. The plot runs very smoothly and definitely keeps your attention. It feels like a very fast read and does not drag on at all. I really enjoyed the story and would love to read more of the family and their stories.
