Talk about a good read! I loved this short story. It's kinky, steamy, off the charts hot, but also sweet and romantic. The sci-fi fantasy setting is different and integral to the story. Within the context of a very short story, the characters were well developed. An unusual love story that works extremely well in the parameters of a few pages. It's truly about give and take in a relationship, and the trust that goes along with it. Giving your partner what they need to get what you both want. DC Juris captures this remarkably well. Some readers may find Naro and Keenan's relationship too extreme for their taste, but the heartfelt emotion between them is unmistakeable. There are some interesting BDSM moments, cleverly woven into the story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one and it's a definite recommend from me.
