In Flying Lead Change by ID Locke the nasty Queen Aine of the fae thinks she's pulled a good one over on Merlin the magician. Merlin agrees to take a troublesome horse off her hands. Bishen is really a Phooka or shapeshifter who the Queen puts a spell on. He has to have sex with Merlin or suffer the consequences. Instead Merlin is one step ahead of her all the time. Bishen finds his fate with Merlin is much more fun than it would be with the Queen.

Kate Roman gives us Search for the Yeti. Yeti are a snow monster that preocupies Bryan Parker's mind constantly. His partner Nic humors him until the evidence of the mythical creature becomes too much to deny.

The ghostly hell riders of the old west are out to get cowboy Jasper Dean for all the bad things he's done in His to Save. Instead Tanner, his fellow wrangler, stands up to them and gets them a year more to turn Jasper's life around. BA Tortuga does a fine job with this tale of two men in the old west.

All three of these stories are well crafted romances with some great eroticism between the male partners. Bits of humor, suspense and great scene building are abundant in each contribution to the book. The dialogue is often priceless as the authors build the characters and their relationships. This is some wonderful storytelling.
