| After a traumatic experience in an elevator, Avery is sitting in the hall trying to recuperate when Dylan runs over him. The diminutive geeky Avery is instantly attracted to the bigger, well-built Dylan who literally sweeps him off his feet, even if it is just to the ER. This leads to the two men embarking on a new relationship. Can Avery overcome past insecurities for a chance at love?
This story is a romantic comedy told in the first person point of view by Avery. Avery is self-described geek, but really is bit of a drama queen. His dialogue is witty and quick and keeps the story moving fast and the reader interested. The character of Dylan is a good match for Avery. Really, who doesn't like a big good looking man to come in and sweep us of our feet? Dylan is also much more practical and down to earth and helps keep Avery grounded. There are not many sub-characters but Dylan's friend Michael is also well written and makes you hope that maybe the author will write a story about him. There are some m/m sex scenes, but nothing to intense and they fit well within the context of the story. If you don't mind funny and charming m/m stories with "twink" like leading men this is a good book to read.
