I fell in love with Aiden right from the start and not too long after that his brother Jace as well. Jace is a fun loving and sweet man while Aiden is more reserved but just as mischievous. Both men are very honorable and dependable. Dana is a strong woman. No matter what is thrown at her she takes it well and the more time they all spend together the deeper their feelings become. The tentative relationship that the three begin to share was a great read and the bantering between all the characters had this reader laughing out loud at a times.

From Dana's aunt Emmaline to Aiden's mother Maggie Fortune, we get to meet many different characters that endear themselves to the reader. Throughout the story we see a lot of family love from both the dragons and from Dana's family showing us that you can always count on your family.

This was a well written story. Fast paced with enough action to keep the reader on their toes and turning those pages to see just what comes next. With equal amounts of romance and suspenseful action this is a book that should not be missed. I would love to see if we are treated to another story in the Drakoni world, it would be a real treat to come back again.
