Hilariously charming are the first words that come to mind after reading this book. Ms. James has done it again. She has created a unique world in her book full of enthralling characters and a wickedly captivating plot. Ms. James’s story will tease your senses as she builds up the anticipation in this explosive relationship between Jordan and Nick. This book is full of witty banter and chemistry so strong that it’s amazing that Ms. James could fit it all in one book. The sparks instantly fly between Nick and Jordan. What they originally thought was feelings of annoyance and disdain quickly morph into so much more once they are forced to work closely to each other. The romantic scenes are very sizzling and are sure to satisfy the reader’s craving for the spicier side of romance. The supporting characters are fantastic. Helpful, in that they add something extra to the story without distracting the reader from the story itself. It was nice to see Agent Pallas and the new District Attorney back in this book. If Ms. James keeps writing books like these she will have one irresistible series of books for readers to enjoy. I’ve become a big fan of hers. I believe that anyone looking for a fast-paced contemporary romance full of fantastic characters, some hot sex scenes and a plot destined to keep you on your toes, should read this book and author. You won’t want to miss this!
