What's a girl supposed to do when her mother meddles in her love life? Well, definitely take a chance and that's what Emma Lee Bridges plans to do when she returns to her tiny hometown and sees the boy she loved and left behind, Jackson Fielding, is all grown up and still as hot for her as she is for him.

From the start, I really enjoyed how this story progressed in bringing these two high school sweethearts back together. The plot made it seem as if they hadn't been apart, when in fact it had been years since they'd seen each other. The dialogue was dynamic as well as teasing, and will make many women envious as they'd wish they had that kind of closeness to her partner. As for the sex scenes, the chemistry between them still burned bright and showed strongly through the author's words because the love they'd had all those years in high school was still there now.

Overall, this book was the first one I've read by this author, yet it won't be my last because this story was fantastic. Plus, it's one I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a short novella with lots of spice and two amazing characters that will captivate you with their playful attitudes towards each other.
