| The year is 2513. Solarian Wolf Warrior Lenora is on a critical mission to pick up a supply of an energy producing mineral from the remote planet of Elnar. She is ready for a much needed holiday and this will be her last cargo run for some time. Kabe Folker was the first warrior to join the Solarian space program and, unknown to anyone in the Realm, he has been trapped on Elnar for over ten years. He joined the rebellion to survive. Sacrificing himself as the rebel leader was inevitable, but having a fellow Solarian Wolf Warrior on the planet and able to sense his mental distress call was a complete surprise!
Lone Wolf One is a rousing futuristic adventure that revisits Ms. Monet’s popular Solarian culture. This short story stands on it’s own with a fast paced plot and the thrill of a long lost love found again in the most unexpected place. The passionate fire between Lenora and Kabe flares to life immediately but the revelations about their shared past makes that totally believable. The dangers they face draw them closer and we come to care for both of these strong, heroic people. I recommend Lone Wolf One not only for futuristic action fans but for anyone who enjoys a touching romance that beats seemingly insurmountable odds.
