After being fired from her job for something that wasn't her fault, Diana Morgan must find another job. Seeing a flyer that a Wild West Extravaganza show is hiring, she applies for a position but the only one left is for a stunt woman aboard a horse. Knowing it's better than nothing, she takes the job offered because she has a daughter she wishes a better life for than the one she had growing up.

Corey Hammersley has an extraordinary way with horses, and joining the Wild West Extravaganza show is a great way to show that off. It's also a great way to escape his troubled past, and make enough money to buy the land he's always dreamed of owning.

Again, Cindi Myers has proven herself a great historical romance writer with this book. The plot was fantastic, combining the dangers of the Wild West Extravaganza, a time where some men don't know how to treat a lady, and great romance. And as for the dialogue, the descriptions of the Wild West show were impressive, and made me imagine I was amongst the crowd watching on. But there were some emotional moments as well with how some people treated Diana because of her heritage, that made me appreciate how far men have come since the time period in which this book was set. The sex scenes were hot, and not just because Corey knows how to treat a woman but because of the great chemistry between them which was there from the beginning. What I liked so much about Diana was that she believed in a man she barely knew, when all her life she'd never believed in anyone. While with Corey, I loved that he revealed his troubled past for the first time to someone he barely knew.

In conclusion, the ending was an absolute favourite of mine with the secondary characters getting their own happily ever after. Well done, Ms. Myers. I can't wait to read more of your books in the future.
