After being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, Jonathan decides to spend his final days doing all the things he should have been doing while he focused on his career. While shocked and preoccupied by the news, he stumbles into Nino. Nino is the complete opposite of Jonathan; he has never had a steady job and just goes where life takes him. In a rash decision, Jonathan decides to hire Nino to help him have an adventure. The two men discover an attraction to each other. But will Jonathan's secret keep tear them apart? The two men set out for an adventure but end up having the time of their lives.

I have mixed feelings about this story. The plot, while not original, is well written and at times will make you want to cry and at other times you might find yourself smiling or laughing. It offers a good mix of light hearted humor with what could be a very somber subject matter. The story alternates between Jonathan's and Nino's point of view and I did get confused once or twice as to whose point of view I was reading until I got into the swing of it. The character of Jonathan is well written and the author did a wonderful job of bringing very realistic emotions to a person who knows that their time is limited. I found him to be more the realistic and likeable of the characters. Nino is likeable but for some reason to me he just seemed too perfect for the story. There are plenty of sexual situations in the story some m/f and some m/m, they are well written and fit in well with the telling of the story. I was a little disappointed with the ending, but I think that is a personal preference on my part over the ending itself. If you enjoy stories about life, love and second chances this is a great story for you.
