| Charlotte had inherited an old house from an uncle and she was having it updated little by little. Presently, Ben Hayden was restoring the bathroom, while Charlotte and her sister, bride-to-be Kerri, was in the bedroom discussing the wedding. Unfortunately, when they started discussing virginity, as in the loss of, Ben heard the entire discussion. How awful! Ben was embarrassed when he overheard the conversation; Charlotte was devastated. She actually fired Ben when she tried to confront him about it and he refused to believe that her “circumstance” was a problem.
Losing It is fast-paced book which is both lighthearted and facetious. Kate Willoughby shows a playful side in this book. There are several characters that support the main couple; the way she describes a few of them is so spirited that the reader can feel as if she is caught in the middle of high school again. She presents the overall nature of the players and it is easy to see that, while Charlotte and Ben are opposites in many ways, there are many reasons why this relationship is worthy of consideration. This book is wonderfully written; the sex scenes are numerous and explicit, but not offensive. This work is an easy escape from doldrums and leaves a really fresh, fun feeling within. I loved the book and the concept and believe anyone would enjoy it. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
