| Brenden was on his way for a sweet summer vacation in San Diego when he needed desperately to stop and use the bathroom. The path must be taken or they will be in L.O.S.T. forever and Jazz needs him to help defeat Nire, an ancient evil that will bring destruction to both their worlds. Bren is among witches, black evil creatures that spring from the walls, Shadows following and a Keeper’s music that seems to enhance others to follow as he and Jazz fight a raging war. They also feel a growing attraction for the other but first they must overcome the evil that can threaten them before they can submit to their feelings. And with Bren’s parents in the middle, chaos breaks out all around. L.O.S.T. is a captivating read that spins with magical delight. The characters are young and refreshing and spring life into the story. Ms. Federici and Ms. Vaught create a story that any age will love. It is vivid and so splendidly detailed that it soars with great imagination that leaps through the pages. This story will leave the reader on the edge of their seat wondering what if, in this most fascinating tale.
