| Virginal Lady Sophie is in serious trouble. Over the last while, she
has noticed herself being observed, always by the same man, always
frowning over her doings. One night she finds him in her bedchamber,
uninvited needless to say, and his hands and lips are causing her to
realize the danger involved in the heat beginning to flow through her
entire body. Then she awakens from her "nightmare".
Still feeling the sexual warmth threatening to consume her, she visits the conservatory to spend time with her deceased mother's flowers—perhaps that might calm her roiling emotions. But there is a surprise waiting for her in the form of one persuasive man who knows exactly what our Lady Sophie needs and desires. An excerpt enticed me into reading this story and I was not the tiniest bit disappointed. This story was so satisfying, so perfect. I loved the line where Lady Sophie asks if he knows what he is doing; hilarious but somehow really fitting for her character in that moment. Put this right on your "To Be Bought" list. You won't be disappointed, either.
