Ms. Jordan has an exceptional knack for creating dynamic, erotic characters that are well fleshed out. This story is a great example of that. I loved the way Neva and Isaak relate to one another. How Isaak goes about seducing Neva is one of the draws of this book. One falls in love with him and his ability to understand how the past has hindered Neva's ability to trust men let alone want a sexual relationship with them. This story moves at a fast pace, but doesn't suffer from it. The addition of the mysterious killer puts an element of suspense in an already great story. The reader will want to keep reading just to find out who it is and if they are like me they will be very surprised! The sexual scenes add just the right amount of erotic touch to this story. I enjoyed reading this a lot and would recommend it to anyone who loves paranormal romance with an edge of danger.
